Wale is the facilitator for the course, “Managing Real Estate Premises”. She has handled a wide range of responsibilities in managing organizational affairs and business development in the Building Services industry, several of which involved pioneering roles.

She has held the positions of Business Development Manager and Regional Manager with BASSCOMM Nigeria as well as Managing Director of One Source,  BASSCOMM’s Facilities Management subsidiary. In addition to this practical experience, Wale holds an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries (ACIS).

Muyiwa has strong skills and expertise in Contract Negotiation and Management, Supply Chain Management, Contract Sourcing, Bidding, and Management and Corporate Procurement.

He facilitates the course “Procurement & Supply Chain Management”. He has worked on several high-stake projects for Shell Petroleum and Development Company (SPDC), Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPco), United Bank For Africa Plc (UBA), Shell Nigeria Oil Products, Shell Nigeria Gas, UBA Securities, Shell E & P Africa, to mention a few.

Muyiwa also has programming skills and experience in the design, development and management of planning and control software. He holds a combined degree in Educational Management and Economics and a Masters degree in Management Information Systems.

Modupe Odude is an IFMA-Certified Instructor with more than 12 years’ experience in the built environment and across various roles in procurement management and core operations.

Her experience spans different segments of the Real Estate industry, including operations and maintenance, Real Estate Management, technical services and asset management. She is currently the Head of Bids and Proposals Unit in Alpha Mead Facilities.

Ukeme is an IRCA-certified QMS Auditor, with competence in implementing ISO 9001:2015. He is also a Certified KPI Professional from the KPI Institute, Australia; with skills in Business Strategy Formulation, Production Planning and Performance Management. He facilitates the course, “Managing performance for Facilities Management business”.
