How do I book a course?

Once you have found he training you are interested in or decided on how you want your training needs to be delivered simply click on the register button on our website to fill in your contact details or send an email to and we will contact you to discuss your training registration requirements. I have been a facility manager for less than two years, is it okay for me to register for the PFM Training?

Yes, you can register for the Professional Facilities Management Training (PFM) but it is advisable to take the Fundamentals in Facilities Management Practice (FFM) before moving on to the Professional Facilities Management Training. It is also possible to register for both trainings, but we would schedule your FFM training to hold before the PFM.

The sort of course I want is not listed, could you still offer me the training I need?

We fully understand that each company is different, and so has different training requirements. We can design bespoke training courses to meet your exact requirements. If you want training on specific areas not covered in our current list of available training, simply ring us on 0700 25742 6323 or email us on with your requirements and we will be able to create a course to meet your needs personal or organization needs.

Can I make installed payment on any preferred training?

Payment can be made in installment on any of our trainings but your training would only hold after all payment has be completed.

Will I get a certificate after the training?

A certificate is issued to participants after the training has been carried out. The Training Fee paid covers for the training certificate, Training materials and, Lunch.
