The Facilities Management Staff of one of Nigeria’s leading Financial Institutions, Union Bank, after a recent on-site training, rated Alpha Mead Training Centre 83% on overall training impact and satisfaction.

The three-day advanced training which held at the bank’s training centre in Ikeja, had 26 senior Real Estate and Facilities Management employees of the bank from different locations around the country. The first training kicked off on July 3, 2019 and ended on July 5, 2019.

The participants attended eight sessions over three days which included theory and practical elements. They were taken through the different aspects of Facilities Management strategy and operation, Property and Asset management, Safety and emergency preparedness, operations and maintenance, procurement and occupier management, to mention a few.

At the end of the training, the participants responded to an anonymous survey, which showed that they were satisfied with the impact of the training.

One of the attendants noted that the facilitators were explicit in passing the message across to the participants, the entire training was spot on and very useful. Another participant also indicated that the course should be repeated bi-annually to enable team members get abreast with the changing techniques in FM, how the training was very impacting and relevant to their disciplines and roles in the organization.
