She has held the positions of Business Development Manager and Regional Manager with BASSCOMM Nigeria as well as Managing Director of One Source, BASSCOMM’s Facilities Management subsidiary. In addition to this practical experience, Wale holds an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife and is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries (ACIS).
He has worked on several high-stake projects for Shell Petroleum and Development Company (SPDC), Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPco), United Bank For Africa Plc (UBA), Shell Nigeria Oil Products, Shell Nigeria Gas, UBA Securities, Shell E & P Africa, to mention a few.
Muyiwa also has programming skills and experience in the design, development and management of planning and control software. He holds a combined degree in Educational Management and Economics and a Masters degree in Management Information Systems.
He has also received training on Building Management System from Tac Xenta Shnieder, Automation Controls, Surveillance, Access Control as well as attended a course on the appreciation of IQ8CONTROL C/M Addressable Fire Panel Esser by Honeywell, in Germany.
Frank has worked as Business Development, Technical/Strategy Manager where he developed an innovative approach to the design, specification, procurement, and implementation of Building Management System (BMS), Extra Low Voltage (ELV) & fire fighting system.
He has handled various projects which includes the implementation of Fire Suppression systems for Shell Data Centres, Integrated Security Solutions for Schlumberger Nigeria, IP Surveillance system for Nigerian Breweries Enugu.
He has more than 20 years experience in Human Resource Management, Business Development, HR Support Staff Outsourcing and Corporate Services in both banking and Service industries.
He was the pioneer CEO of Global Outsourcing Services Limited and Group Head, HR Outsourcing for XL Management services before joining Vic Lawrence & Associates as Senior Executive in charge of Business Development for Recruitment and Outsourcing Services.
Dele is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (IPMN).
Her experience spans different segments of the Real Estate industry, including operations and maintenance, Real Estate Management, technical services and asset management. She is currently the Head of Bids and Proposals Unit in Alpha Mead Facilities.
Before joining Alpha Mead Facilities, he managed major projects for Shell Nigeria, where currently he leads the company’s IFM project, Port Harcourt.
At Alpha Mead, Ukeme’s main focus is working with top management in setting the strategic direction and executing the organization’s performance management.
